V02 is the measurement of the amount of oxygen that your body consumes. During your test, this is measured to determine the exact amount of oxygen consumed and CO2 excreted. VO2 max is another measurement that looks at how much oxygen you use when exercising at max effort. The more oxygen you can consume, the more aerobically fit you are.
