What will I learn in this course?

This course is meant to help you break free from diet mentality, from a restrictive lifestyle, and having negative views about your own body. There are many phrases that circulate when it comes to nutrition, like “eating clean”, “cheat meals”, or “good vs bad” foods. When we label foods as good and bad, we assign value to them and in turn, our food choices can be burdened with guilt. Food is meant to be enjoyable and to nourish our body. It’s the only vessel you have, so learn to be kind to yourself and listen to your inner voice to find out what feels right for you!
