
Basil Parsley Sauce
A vibrant, herb-packed dressing that’s zesty, fresh, and perfect for drizzling over veggies, proteins, or salads.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Basil, Packed
- 1 cup Fresh Parsley, Packed
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp. Kosher Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add basil, parsley, garlic, vinegar, mustard, and salt to a food processor or blender.
Step 2
Pulse a few times to begin breaking up the herbs.
Step 3
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while blending until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
