Chili Garlic Sauce

A bold, fiery chili garlic sauce with sharp vinegar and optional sweetness — perfect for adding heat and flavor to any dish.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Spicy Chili Peppers
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Truvia (Optional)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems from chili peppers. Roughly chop the peppers.

Step 2

Add chopped chili peppers and garlic to a food processor or blender.

Step 3

Add white vinegar, Truvia (if using), salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Blend until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on your preferred texture.

Step 5

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Transfer to a sealed container.

Step 6

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors develop.
