
Cilantro Mint Chutney
Bright, tangy, and refreshing — the perfect side to elevate snacks, appetizers, or main dishes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup Mint Leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp. Green Chillies, chopped
- ½ inch Ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin (Optional)
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice (Optional)
- Salt, to taste
- 3 to 4 tbsp. Water (or as needed for blending)

Preparation
Step 1
Add cilantro, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, ground cumin, lemon juice, and salt into a blender or food processor.
Step 2
Add water gradually and blend until smooth or you have achieved your preferred texture.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and serve fresh as a dip, spread, or side chutney.
