Cilantro Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Green Chillies, chopped
  • ½ inch Ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin (Optional)
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice (Optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. Water (or as needed for blending)

Preparation

Step 1

Add cilantro, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, ground cumin, lemon juice, and salt into a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add water gradually and blend until smooth or you have achieved your preferred texture.

Step 3

Transfer to a bowl and serve fresh as a dip, spread, or side chutney.
