Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Sliced Turkey Breast
  • 2 cups Mixed Leafy Greens (Romaine, Spinach, Arugula)
  • ½ cup Cucumber Slices
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Shredded Red Bell Peppers
  • ¼ cup Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place mixed leafy greens in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Top with sliced turkey breast, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded bell peppers, and red onion.

Step 3

Drizzle with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
