- 6 oz. Sliced Turkey Breast
- 2 cups Mixed Leafy Greens (Romaine, Spinach, Arugula)
- ½ cup Cucumber Slices
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes
- ¼ cup Shredded Red Bell Peppers
- ¼ cup Sliced Red Onion
- 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place mixed leafy greens in a large salad bowl.
Step 2
Top with sliced turkey breast, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded bell peppers, and red onion.
Step 3
Drizzle with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
