Cranberry Pancakes can be prepared with no flour and it combines the goodness of cranberry. Make some right away and treat your taste buds with a sweet delicacy. Use Walden Farms Apricot dip if you like.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 1 IP cranberry oatmeal
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 pinch of Sea Salt or IP Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. Cold Water
- 2 tbsp. Ideal Protein or Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
- Pam Spray for cooking

Preparation
Step 1
Heat your skillet on a medium temperature
Step 2
Mix the Cranberry Oatmeal with the eggs and water in a bowl
Step 3
Add other ingredients except the Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
Step 4
Spray the skillet with Pam
Step 5
Pour some of the batter into the skillet (you should be able to make 2 medium size pancakes)
Step 6
Serve with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup on Enjoy!
