Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked Chicken, Chopped,
  • 2 Ribs Celery, Finely Diced (About ½ Cup)
  • ⅓ cup Sweet Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill, Chopped (or 1 Tsp Dried Dill)
  • ½ cup Approved Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Dill Pickle Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, celery, onion, pickles, and dill.

Step 2

In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and pickle juice.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.

Step 4

Toss everything together until evenly coated.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
