Easy Air Fryer Scallops
These juicy, tender, and lemon pepper seasoned scallops are surprisingly simple to make.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sea scallops
- 1 tsp. Lemon-Pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- Olive oil spray
- Fresh chopped parsley, to garnish
- Lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, pat dry the scallops with a paper towel and spritz with olive oil.
Step 3
Season scallops with lemon pepper seasoning on both sides.
Step 4
Place in the preheated air fryer basket and cook on 400ºF for 6 minutes. Turn halfway through.
Step 5
Remove from air fryer and squeeze lemon over.
Step 6
Serve with your favorite sauce.
