Easy Beef and Broccoli

Juicy beef and vibrant broccoli cooked in a rich soy-infused broth for a fast, flavor-packed dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Chuck Roast, sliced
  • 6 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • ½ cup Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned.

Step 2

Add beef broth, soy sauce, and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Step 3

Add broccoli florets to the pan. Cover and cook for 5–6 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the sauce has slightly reduced.

Step 4

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
