A creamy, protein-rich salad made with tender crab, boiled eggs, and fresh parsley — perfect with lettuce cups or cucumber slices.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Crab
- 6 Large Eggs, cooked
- ½ cup Approved Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Peel cooked eggs and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Flake crab meat into small chunks.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine crab, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Step 4
Enjoy immediately or chill before serving.
