Garlic Basil Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 (1½ lbs) cups Spiralized Zucchini
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 12 Basil Leaves, cut into ribbons
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add spiralized zucchini and toss to coat.

Step 4

Cook for 2–3 minutes until just tender — avoid overcooking.

Step 5

Season lightly with salt and remove from heat.

Step 6

Stir in fresh basil ribbons just before serving. Enjoy!
