Garlic Bok Choy

Tender bok choy lightly sautéed with aromatic garlic for a clean, flavorful side that’s fresh and satisfying.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Bok Choy, washed and ends trimmed
  • 4 Large Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Step 2

Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn.

Step 3

Add bok choy and toss to coat with the garlic oil.

Step 4

Cook 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bok choy is tender but still vibrant and slightly crisp.

Step 5

Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!
