Ground Pork and Burssel Sprout Skillet

A hearty, one-pan wonder — this savory skillet blends the richness of ground pork with vibrant, caramelized Brussels sprouts for a deliciously easy meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed and shredded
  • 1 lb. Ground Pork
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Medium Lemon, Juiced
  • Salt and Pepper, To taste
  • 2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground pork.

Step 2

Cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Remove and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, heat avocado oil.

Step 4

Add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 6–8 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.

Step 5

Return the pork to the skillet.

Step 6

Add coconut aminos, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.

Step 7

Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to meld flavors.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
