Ingredients
- ⅓ cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. minced scallions, the green part
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1½ tsp. sea salt
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil, in a bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking.
Step 2
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
