Jalapeno and Sundried Tomato Turkey Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ cup Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Ground Coriander
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
  • ⅛ tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Step 3

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add a drizzle of olive oil if using a skillet.

Step 5

Cook the patties for about 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

Step 6

Serve the patties on a bun or lettuce wrap with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
