Lemon and Herb Vinaigrette

A zesty, herby vinaigrette that brings a refreshing burst of flavor to any dish.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 3 tbsp. Mixed Herbs (E.g. Parsley, Chives, Dill) Chopped
  • To taste Sea Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil.

Step 2

Finely mince the garlic and add it to the mixture.

Step 3

Stir in the chopped herbs of your choice (parsley, chives, dill, or a mix).

Step 4

Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 5

Mix well until the dressing is smooth and well combined.

Step 6

Store in the refrigerator and shake before using.
