
Lemon Dijon Asparagus
A bright, zesty side dish of tender asparagus drizzled with a tangy lemon-Dijon dressing — simple, elegant, and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh Asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
- ½ Lemon, juiced

Preparation
Step 1
Steam or lightly blanch asparagus until just tender but still crisp, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until emulsified.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked asparagus with the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve warm or chilled as a refreshing, zesty side dish and enjoy!
