Lemon Garlic Mushrooms

Bright, garlicky, and full of earthy goodness—these mushrooms make the perfect side for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cremini Mushrooms, Cleaned and Sliced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, Minced
  • ½ Lemon, Juice
  • ½ Lemon, Zest
  • To taste, Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they release their juices and start to brown.

Step 4

Stir in rosemary, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Cook for another minute.

Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste, give it a final stir, and serve warm.
