- 2 lbs. Turnip Roots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 ounces Milk
- ½ tbsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Add the turnip pieces and boil for about 20–25 minutes or until fork-tender.
Step 3
Drain the turnips well and return them to the pot.
Step 4
Add the milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Mash everything together until smooth and creamy.
