
Mexican Shrimp Skillet
Spicy, juicy shrimp cooked with Mexican spices — a one-pan meal that’s fast, fresh, and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Small Jalapeño Peppers, Seeded and Finely Chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp. Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 1¼ lb. Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- Chopped Fresh Cilantro (for Garnish)
- Fresh Lime Juice (for Serving)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add green onions, jalapeño, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Step 3
Stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked.
Step 5
Remove from heat. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Step 6
Serve hot and enjoy!
