Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ tsp. Oregano, Dried
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper To Taste
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 8 oz.White Mushrooms, Sliced
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to become 6 thin fillets.
Step 2
Season the chicken fillets with onion powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
