  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Oregano, Dried
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 8 oz.White Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to become 6 thin fillets.

Step 2

Season the chicken fillets with onion powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and nicely browned.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
