Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Green Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, (Minced)
  • ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tsp. Vinegar
  • To Taste Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine parsley, green onion, and minced garlic.

Step 2

Add olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vinegar.

Step 3

Season with salt to taste and mix well.

Step 4

Let the sauce sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Step 5

Serve over grilled meats, seafood, or roasted vegetables.
