Skillet Pork Chops with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless Pork Chops (½ inch thick)
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • ½ tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 6 Oz. Can Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 tsp. Basil Leaves, Dried
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Stir in diced tomatoes, basil, garlic salt, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.

Step 6

Serve warm and enjoy!
