Spicy Red Pepper Green Beans

Crisp green beans sautéed with garlic and red pepper flakes for a simple dish that’s bold and full of vibrant flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • ¼–½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (adjust to heat preference)
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Optional Squeeze of Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add green beans and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender.

Step 3

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 4

Season with sea salt and toss well.

Step 5

Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired and serve warm.
