- 2 lbs. Juicy, Ripe Tomatoes (about 4), Chopped
- 1 Small Cucumber, Diced
- 2 Tender Inner Celery Stalks With Leaves, Sliced
- ¼ Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- To taste Salt
- 1 tsp. Dry Oregano
- 4 Fresh Basil Leaves, Torn

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine bite-sized chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and chopped celery.
Step 2
Add thinly sliced red onion for a hint of sweetness.
