
Tuna Broccoli Salad
A protein-packed tuna salad with crisp broccoli, celery, and bacon for a flavorful crunch.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Canned Tuna, Drained
- 1½ cup Fresh or Frozen Broccoli Rice, Thawed and drained
- ¼ cup Celery, Chopped
- 2 tbsp. Approved Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 tbsp. Bacon Pieces
- Chopped Parsley for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, riced broccoli, and chopped celery.
Step 2
Add mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then stir well to combine.
Step 3
Mix in the green onions and bacon pieces.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh parsley.
