For ten years I ate “healthy” and exercised five days per week. “Healthy” eating included whole wheat, oats, low fat, low protein choices. If I really focused I could lose two and a half pounds in six weeks. However, if I became frustrated and unfocused because of minimal results I would rebound and gain the weight back in two to three days. After years of an unsuccessful eating and exercise regimen, I heard of a Nutritionist with a “different” approach. BioIntelligent Wellness is not a Registered Dietician (RD) but a Clinical Nutritionist (CN), two very different certifications. Through blood analysis, BioIntelligent Wellness can determine if you have any hormonal imbalances (males or females), as well as whether you are allergic or sensitive to certain food groups. In my case, I was completely “sensitive” to the so called “healthy” carbohydrate food group that includes all the whole wheat and oat variety of choices that National Nutritional Guidelines support for everyone! Instead, there are many unfamiliar alternatives that work for me. I also need to eat lots of protein and certain vegetables. Consequently, I lost twenty pounds and I am never hungry! I highly recommend BioIntelligent Wellness. Her knowledge is so effective because every client is different!
