Removing Grains From Diet Helps Yo-yo Dieter Lose 20-lbs For Good
For ten years I ate “healthy” and exercised five days per week. “Healthy” eating included whole wheat, oats, low fat, low protein choices. If I really focused I could lose two and a half pounds in six weeks. However, if I became frustrated and unfocused because of minimal results I would rebound and gain the weight back in two to three days. After years of an unsuccessful eating and exercise regimen, I heard of a Nutritionist with a “different” approach. Julianna is not a Registered Dietician (RD) but a Clinical Nutritionist (CN), two very different certifications. Through blood analysis, Julianna can determine if you have any hormonal imbalances (males or females), as well as whether you are allergic or sensitive to certain food groups.
