Star Athlete Drops 20-lbs, 15% Body Fat and Clears Skin with Simple Diet Tweaks
I have always been a very active person. In high school, I was the athlete. I was captain of the surf team, on varsity swim and varsity dive, and was always considered to be “in shape.” After high school, my weight fluctuated during the off-season of swim & dive. In February 2012, I got hurt snowboarding and had to go to urgent care. When they took my weight, I wanted to die. I was the heaviest I have ever been. Although I had already started to change my eating habits, thanks to a nutrition class I was taking in college, I had no guidance as to what or how much to eat. Several of my family members were seeing Julianna and had amazing results. Although somewhat skeptical – because, after all, I was in a nutrition class and was learning a lot and felt like I was already making the right choices – I decided to give Juliana a call. Long story short, my lifestyle and eating habits have made a complete turn around. Juliana simply looked at the choices I was already making and tweaked them to adjust to my personal needs. I don’t feel like I had to sacrifice anything but change some of my food choices and increase my protein. Also, Juliana noticed my acne was bad and made recommendations to my diet to help clear my skin. After only 6 weeks in working with Juliana my skin is clearer, I have dropped close to 20 lbs, and about 15% body fat. Being a swim coach, I feel that it is very important to be a good example for my athletes. I want them to be able to reach their full potential, and I know they can’t without the right nutrition and exercise. Nutrition is my new passion, and I look forward to learning all I can from Juliana. This is not a diet, but a life-changing program. Juliana makes it fool proof. She is so amazing, and I could never pay her back for what she has taught me.
