Ingredients

  • 1 Packet IP Caramel Chocolate Mug Cake
  • ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 packet Stevia Sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil/Grapeseed Oil
  • oz. Water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick baking mat.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the Caramel Chocolate Mug Cake mix, baking powder, and stevia sweetener. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Add the vanilla extract, olive oil (or grapeseed oil), and water. Mix until you get a cookie dough consistency. Adjust water if needed the dough should be firm enough to shape.

Step 4

Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten them slightly to form cookie shapes.

Step 5

Place the formed cookies onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown.

Step 6

Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.

Step 7

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
