Radish Salad

Radish salad is a refreshing and simple salad with a crunchy texture and a slightly spicy flavor that is perfect as a side dish or a light meal. Radish salad is also a great source of vitamin C and other essential nutrients, making it a healthy and flavorful addition to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Thinly Sliced Radishes
  • 1 Cup Thinly Sliced Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Minced Dill
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the thinly sliced radishes, cucumber, fresh minced dill, minced garlic, and red onion. Mix it well to combine.

Step 2

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the radish salad, and toss well to coat all the vegetables.

Step 4

Let the salad marinate for at least 5 minutes before serving, to allow the flavors to meld together.
