Ranch Dressing

Ranch dressing is a creamy, tangy, and versatile condiment perfect for salads or as a dip for veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup approved Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tsp. Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1½ tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar Or Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and water. Stir until they are well combined and smooth.

Step 2

Add the apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice to the mixture. Stir it in thoroughly.

Step 3

Mix in the Dijon mustard. Ensure it’s evenly distributed.

Step 4

Gently fold in the chopped fresh chives, dill weed, flat-leaf parsley, and garlic powder.

Step 5

Season the dressing with onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Step 6

Taste the ranch dressing and adjust the seasoning, if necessary. You can add more salt and pepper to suit your preference.

Step 7

For the best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
