  • 3 tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Shallot – Minced
  • 2 tsp. Capers, Chopped
  • 3 Beefsteak Tomatoes Or 5 Vine-ripened (cut into slices)
  • Coarse Salt – To Taste
  • Ground Pepper – To Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Tomatoes cut into slices and Arrange the tomato slices on a large serving plate.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, Capers, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Step 3

Drizzle the dressing over the tomato slices.

Step 4

Scatter the shallot minced over the top of the tomatoes.
