
Sheet Pan Fajita Shrimp and Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp (Peeled, Cleaned, and Deveined)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, (Cut Into Strips)
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, (Cut Into Strips)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, (Cut Into Strips)
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Sweet Paprika
- ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- Juice of One Lime
- Small Bunch of Fresh Cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, bell peppers, olive oil, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
Step 3
Arrange the shrimp and peppers in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Step 4
Roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Step 5
Serve with drizzle of fresh lime juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
