
Spicy Jalepeno Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, Stems removed and finely chopped
- 1 Small Jalapeño Pepper, Seeded and finely chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp. Ground Cumin
- ½ tsp. Ground Coriander
- ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
- â…› tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, and all the spices.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
Step 3
Heat a grill or nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked through and browned.
Step 5
Let the patties rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Step 6
