Spicy Jalepeno Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, Stems removed and finely chopped
  • 1 Small Jalapeño Pepper, Seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Ground Coriander
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
  • â…› tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, and all the spices.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.

Step 3

Heat a grill or nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Step 4

Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked through and browned.

Step 5

Let the patties rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Step 6
