
Turkey Garlic and Mushroom Meatballs
Tender, garlicky turkey meatballs with earthy mushrooms and fresh herbs — simple, healthy, and full of flavor.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs. Ground Turkey
- 6 oz. Crimini Mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 Head Garlic, minced
- 1 handful Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped mushrooms, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated — avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Step 5
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
