I Lost Weight Without Dieting!

Julianna began working with me about 2 and 1/2 years ago.  I was experiencing problems with my shoulders, hips and upper and lower back.  The first session we had together released my shoulder pain and helped me identify exercises to strengthen my core.  Within a few months I had learned to perform the simple routine necessary to maintain my structural integrity and relieve my pain.  She taught me a simple change of posture could relieve the upper back pain that I had experienced all my life. Her emphasis on more produce in my diet has helped me slowly lose pounds without any dieting. I have done yoga, tai chi, pilates and dance my whole life, but Julianna has taught me to use my body in ways that have healed me and made my life much more comfortable and active.
