I want to thank Debb with BioIntelligent Wellness for helping me get control once and for all with my eating habits! My daughter and I did Ideal Protein over 20 years ago and enjoyed losing weight at that time.
However, I never really phased off appropriately and the weight kept climbing until I reached 232 pounds. We decided to try Ideal again because it works! But you have to do the work and change your view of food and health. You HAVE to track food and develop it as a habit. Same with exercise.
