Ingredients
- 5 oz. Lean Ground Beef (96% Lean, Preferred)
- 3 Cups Shredded Cabbage
- ½ Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
- ¼ Cup Diced Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 tbsp. Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to Taste
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Green Onions for Garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Step 3
Drain any excess fat if needed.

Add the onion and mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Step 5
Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
