Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Lean Ground Beef (96% Lean, Preferred)
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cabbage
  • ½ Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Diced Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Green Onions for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

Step 3

Drain any excess fat if needed.

Step 4

Add the onion and mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Step 5

Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 6

Add the shredded cabbage and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage softens but still has some texture.

Step 7

Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
