Ingredients
- 10 Oz. Lean Ground Beef (93–96% Lean)
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
- 2 tbsps. Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Honey or Sweetener
- ½ tsp. Gochujang, optional
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 Cup Finely Shredded Cabbage
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- 8–10 Large Butter Lettuce Leaves
- ½ Cucumber, cut into thin strips
- Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and gochujang if using.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the sauce and stir to coat the beef.
