- 4 oz. Lean Ground Beef (93–96% Lean)
- 1 cup Cauliflower Rice
- ½ cup Shredded Lettuce
- 2 tbsp. Salsa
- 2 tbsp. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp. Taco Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Step 2
Drain any excess fat if needed. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Cook for 1–2 minutes until well combined.
Step 3
In a separate skillet, cook the cauliflower rice over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and warmed through.
Step 4
Add the cauliflower rice to a bowl and top with the seasoned beef.
Step 5
Add shredded lettuce, salsa, and cheddar cheese.
