Ingredients
- 2 High-protein or Low-carb Tortillas
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 oz. Lean Turkey Sausage, Cooked and Crumbled
- ¼ Cup Reduced-fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Diced Onion
- 2 tbsp. Salsa
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
- Cooking Spray

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.

Add the cooked turkey sausage to the skillet and warm for 1–2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
