Crispy Salmon Rice Cakes with Spicy Yogurt

Crispy Salmon Rice Cakes with Spicy Yogurt

Satisfy your craving for crunchy, savory finger foods with these GLP-1 friendly crispy salmon rice cakes. A fast-prep lunch option engineered for high protein density, rich healthy fats, and a flat blood sugar curve. Cooked flaked salmon is bound with egg, Greek yogurt, Dijon, and crisp aromatics, pan-seared into golden patties, perched on light whole-grain rice cakes, and drizzled with a zesty sriracha lime yogurt sauce.

Salmon serves as a high-density marine protein foundation rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which work in tandem with egg protein to significantly extend gastric pacing. Using light, puffed rice cakes as a crunchy base replaces heavy sandwich breads or fried bases with minimal carbohydrate mass, preventing insulin spikes. Replacing traditional sriracha mayo with a plain Greek yogurt sauce adds extra dairy protein and probiotics while slashing saturated fats, delivering a restaurant-style spicy crunch with exceptional macros.
