Deviled Eggs
Looking for a protein-packed, savory bite that replaces heavy mayo with a bright, metabolic-friendly twist? These GLP-1 friendly deviled eggs swap high-calorie mayonnaise for nonfat plain Greek yogurt and layer in briny capers, fresh chives, and smoky paprika. The result is a lighter, ultra-creamy, and deeply satisfying snack or appetizer designed to keep blood sugar stable and hunger completely under control.
Whole eggs provide high-density, complete protein alongside essential nutrients like choline and healthy fats. Replacing traditional mayo with Greek yogurt significantly lowers the overall fat and calorie density while boosting total protein content. Tangy Dijon mustard, savory garlic, and capers elevate the flavor profile, creating a gourmet treat that supports slow digestion and prolonged satiety without feeling heavy.
