Garlic Herb Sheet Pan Cod

Garlic Herb Sheet Pan Cod

Looking for a light, effortless weeknight dinner that delivers high-grade nutrition with minimal cleanup? This GLP-1 friendly garlic herb sheet pan cod roasted alongside crisp asparagus, tender broccoli, and sweet cherry tomatoes is the ultimate clean-eating solution. When managing your appetite or targeting weight-loss goals, combining high-volume, fiber-rich cruciferous vegetables with delicate, high-protein white fish is an ideal way to satisfy hunger without feeling heavy.

Wild-caught cod is a lean, fast-digesting protein source that promotes clean satiety while keeping overall calories low. Roasted on a single baking sheet with garlic, fragrant Italian herbs, fresh lemon juice, and heart-healthy olive oil, the natural flavors of the fish and vegetables shine through. The abundance of dietary fiber from the broccoli and asparagus slows down digestion, while bursting cherry tomatoes provide a natural, low-glycemic pop of acidity and antioxidants, making this grain-free meal exceptionally gentle on digestion.
