Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Lean Ground Beef (93–96% Lean)
  • 3 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp. Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp. Honey or Sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsps. Water
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and water.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
