Ingredients
- 10 oz. Lean Ground Beef (93–96% Lean)
- 3 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 tbsp. Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- ½ tsp. Sesame Oil
- ½ tsp. Honey or Sweetener
- 1 tsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tbsps. Water
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and water.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
