Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Lean Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • ½ Cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsps. Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch (Optional)
  • Sesame Seeds for Garnish
  • Green Onions for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Slice sirloin steak into thin strips against the grain.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add steak and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 4

Add broccoli and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Step 5

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 6

Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using). Stir until the sauce begins to thicken.

Step 7

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss everything together until coated.
