Korean-Style Beef Cabbage Cups
Bring bold, savory bulgogi flavor to your weekly routine with these GLP-1 friendly Korean-style beef cabbage cups. A quick, high-volume meal designed for deep umami satisfaction, crisp texture, and flat blood sugar control. Lean ground beef is seared in toasted sesame oil and glazed with soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, red pepper, and a touch of honey, then spooned into tender, blanched cabbage leaves and garnished with fresh carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Lean ground beef provides a high-density, complete animal protein foundation that preserves lean muscle tissue while extending gastric pacing to hold hunger signals at bay. Using blanched green cabbage leaves as edible cups replaces high-glycemic tortillas or rice with hydrating, prebiotic fiber that buffers glucose absorption. Balancing a single teaspoon of honey with ginger and garlic delivers authentic Korean barbecue taste with minimal net carbs and zero blood sugar spikes.
